Zahner Fischhandel is a family business currently run by the second generation. The freshly delivered fish is handled, fileted and processed on site, and when the catches are good there’s also fish straight from Lake Zurich and Lake Constance. Among the house specialities are all kinds of goujons, as well as smoked salmon. The company philosophy focuses on sustainability and animal welfare, and the company prides itself on the following accreditations: MSC, ASC, organic, Naturland and Culinarium. The mobile shop truck can be found on Röschibachplatz in Wipkingen every Thursday between 4 pm and 8 pm, and at the Viadukt market in Zurich every Friday between 4 pm and 8 pm.
