Max Chocolatier, which Patrik König has devoted to his son Max, is about more than just chocolate. It was a project that came from the heart, inspired by a passion for craftsmanship, chocolate and sustainability. Since September 2009, four chocolatiers have created 159 seasonal taste sensations in its Lucerne atelier and there is a new chocolate creation to try almost every week.
