They have been standing by their name since 2010. Fellenberg plums from Gerzensee, first-class bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Oswaldo cocoa from Felchlin, sugar from Aarberg, Tonde hazelnuts from Alba. From all this, they create fresh gelato every day, in each of their laboratories. In addition to the three fixed locations in Zurich, the exciting creations have also been available in MICAS Garten in Altstetten since 2021.
