What started off as a project between four friends in 2013, is now very much in keeping with the spirit of the times. Countless loaves of bread, croissants and sandwiches end up in the rubbish bin every evening. As many people are already aware, these are often still in perfect condition and much too good for throwing away. Äss-Bar has made it its mission to make yesterday’s bread and other baked goods available to the public. Every morning, it collects them from various bakeries in the area. Completely fresh... from yesterday.
